Walmart’s wholesale club store division is making a move that will help it to bolster technology-driven shopping experiences.
Sam’s Club is opening a new technology office in downtown Dallas. The building, which will operate separately from Walmart’s other technology labs, will be devoted to Sam’s Club technology projects, according to the Dallas News.
The club retailer has hired 100 technology employees to work in the office, which is expected to open in August, the report said.
