Schnucks Mahomet, Ill. store undergoes renovations

Schnuck Markets shared that a remodel is underway on the Schnucks Mahomet, Ill. store located at 202 Eastwood Drive.

“We’re anxious to bring our customers an updated and improved shopping experience in time for the holidays,” said store manager David Bryan. “In the meantime, shoppers can continue to count on the Mahomet Schnucks team to deliver high levels of friendly customer service during renovations.”

The remodel is expected to be completed this fall. Schnucks acquired the 38,000-square-foot Mahomet location in 2020. The store employs 74 teammates. During and after the remodel, store hours will remain 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily, and customers can continue to utilize Schnucks Delivers through Instacart.

Highlights of the remodel will include:

• Renovated and expanded deli with new hot cases
• New Picadeli salad bar
• New and relocated fresh sushi area
• Relocated liquor department with an expanded beer selection and new refrigerated cases
• New flooring, ceiling and lighting throughout the store
• New décor throughout the store
