Teva intros 2 generics
Teva is debuting two new generic medications.
The first product is ibuprofen and famotidine tablets.
The medication is a generic of Duexis.

Ibuprofen and famotidine tablets are used to relieve the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis; and decrease the risk of developing ulcers of the stomach and upper intestines (upper gastrointestinal ulcers) in people taking ibuprofen for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Teva’s second new entry is pyrimethamine tablets, 25 mg.
The product is the generic of Daraprim.

Pyrimethamine tablets are used for the treatment of toxoplasmosis when used with a sulfonamide (e.g., sulfadoxine).
