Vitruvias intros generic K-Tab

Vitruvias Therapeutics is offering potassium chloride extended-release tablets in dosage strengths of 10 mEq and 20 mEq.

The product is the generic of Abbvie’s K-Tab (potassium chloride) extended-release tablets.

The 10 mEq strength is available in 100 and 1000 count bottles. The 20 mEq strength is available in 100 count bottles.

K-Tab and potassium chloride extended-release tablets had a market value of approximately $346 million for the 12 months ended March 2020, according to IQVIA.
