Tandon will lead the company's unified solutions and offerings to life science and biopharma partners, including clinical trials, commercial patient support and healthcare data and analytics.

Walgreens said that while it has a longstanding history and results-driven framework when working with life science and biopharma partners, this new structure will further strengthen its position as a full-service provider to support product pipelines.
