Walgreens reportedly has entered into a settlement agreement with Everly Health Solutions, a telehealth provider, and will pay Everly Health Solutions $595 million over a contract dispute for COVID-19 testing, per a Reuters Yahoo Finance report.

The report, which said that the settlement is payable within two business days, noted that it comes after a judge in Delaware recently ruled against Walgreens' bid to set aside an arbitration ruling. Walgreens had faced paying close to $1 billion, per the report.
