The executives talked about new innovations the company has brought to the market, such as the smart secure pack—an automated packing station—and its enterprise analytics which is a software-driven analytics tool.

In addition, Utech said the company listened to its customers and their needs and created an executive advisory board that pulled thought leaders together to understand what were the challenges in the industry and what they needed to solve them.
