Alba Botanica develops new sunblock lines

NEW YORK Alba Botanica, which is a brand by The Hain Celestial Group, has developed two new and improved sunblock collections -- the Very Emollient and Hawaiian Natural sunblock lines -- that have increased SPF and are paraben free, water resistant and hypoallergenic.

Furthermore, with the launch of these new products, Alba Botanica has announced its position as the official sunscreen of the New York Mets. The Mets' endorsement of the Sport and Kids sunblocks, called out on the packaging by the team?s logo, encourages the entire family to protect themselves from the sun?s harmful rays.

Six of the products in the new collections garner the Skin Cancer Foundation Seal of Recommendation; making Alba Botanica the only natural brand to receive the endorsement. The products ship in March.
