Jane Lauder to head up Estee Lauder Origins

NEW YORK The Estee Lauder Cos. has named Jane Lauder senior vice president and general manager of Origins, effective July 1.

Lauder will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, president, who oversees BeautyBank and Ojon, and who will now add Origins to her portfolio.

Since July 2006, Lauder has been senior vice president of global marketing for Clinique. In this role, she has been responsible for the brand’s overall strategic marketing and positioning, including developing products and expanding the brand into new channels and categories globally.

Prior to joining Clinique, Lauder was vice president of marketing for BeautyBank, where she spearheaded the creation and launch of the American Beauty and Flirt! Brands. She oversaw their positioning, product development and creative direction.
