Prestige Brands announces Q4, fiscal year results
IRVINGTON, N.Y. Prestige Brands on Thursday reported a 13.9% quarterly decline across its over-the-counter portfolio of brands for the fourth quarter ended March 31.
Net revenues for the segment totaled $39.8 million, representing “shortfalls” on Chloraseptic, Compound W, Wartner, Murine ear, Dermoplast and The Doctor’s brands.
“Partially offsetting these declines were increases in sales of Little Remedies and New Skin as well as sales of the new Chloraseptic and Little Allergies Allergen Block products,” the company stated.
For the fiscal year across all segments, Prestige total revenues fell 4.3% to $312.7 million.
