ProEven total dark spot corrector arriving this May

4/5/2011

NEW YORK — French skin care brand Vichy Labs will launch in May its new ProEven total dark spot corrector, a formula with DeeperCell-concentrate designed to help address dark spots and uneven skin tone.

ProEven total dark spot corrector is a daily face product that utilizes a dual-action formula featuring the exclusive DeeperCell-concentrate — a combination of vitamin C, E and LHA, a derivative of salicylic acid with regenerative and exfoliating properties, to act on all surface layers of the skin. Together, the formulation helps combat the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone in all ethnicities.

ProEven total dark spot corrector is designed to offer both immediate and long-term results. The texture formulated with micro pearl and titanium is designed to deliver a more luminous, radiant complexion instantly, and the moisturizing base provides 24-hour hydration, the company stated. In a clinical trial, 100% of users saw more luminous skin, and 95% saw a reduction in the color and intensity of dark spots.

ProEven total dark spot corrector ($42.50) was tested on sensitive skin and is paraben-free, allergy-tested and does not include hydroquinone. The product launches in May at select CVS/pharmacy, Duane Reade and Walgreens locations.
