NEW YORK — Ethnic hair care brand SoftSheen-Carson Laboratories partnered with "The Wendy Williams Show" to give two viewers hair makeovers, along with tips and tricks on how to get everyday glam using Dark and Lovely Au Naturale and Optimum Amla Legend.
During the show, SoftSheen-Carson artistic style director and celebrity stylist Johnny Wright created two distinct styles: two strand twist-out and a sleek blow out.
"It was an honor to appear on The Wendy Williams Show and I had so much fun transforming these beautiful ladies' locks," stated Wright. "These women were already gorgeous both inside and out, they just needed a few quick tips and the right products to get the stunning, everyday glam styles they desired."
In addition, Dark and Lovely recently launched their "Hairenade" campaign, which is the action of serenading one whose hair and accomplishments inspire others. Dark and Lovely will be partnering with several artists to create custom lyrics and Instagram videos to "hairenade" nominated consumers, friends of the brand and inspirational figures (as selected by Dark and Lovely).
