University Medical Pharmaceuticals appoints SVP international sales

IRVINE, Calif. University Medical Pharmaceuticals, which makes skin and beauty products for the mass market, such as its AcneFree line, has appointed Jeffrey Ten as SVP international sales.

Ten, who has 28 years of international senior management marketing and sales experience, will report to Raymond Francis, president and CEO.

Prior to joining University Medical Pharmaceuticals, Ten was president of ck Calvin Klein beauty, where he negotiated a long-term agreement from Calvin Klein and initiated global marketing and sales strategy. In addition, Ten supervised new products, merchandising, training, promotions and distribution strategy. He also managed the U.S. launch, which included overseeing sales team management and store execution.

Ten has launched and developed both proprietary and licensed brands, such as Hugo Boss, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, Sally Hansen and Del Pharmaceuticals in more than 40 countries.
