Woodridge, Keri Glassman to debut Skin Appetit line

PANORAMA CITY, Calif. Woodridge Labs is looking to further strengthen the connection between food and skin care by teaming up with Manhattan-based nutritionist Keri Glassman to develop the new Skin Appetit skin care collection.

All five Skin Appetit products, which launch in March, are made with a proprietary blend of ingredients selected by Glassman. The blend, known as the Nutrx 8 Complex, includes: blueberries, cantaloupe, grapeseed extract, yogurt, wild honey, fig, walnut oil and dark chocolate. The products, priced at $14.99 each, are paraben-free.

Products in the line include:

  • Detoxifying Nutri-Cleanser
  • Optim-Eyes Firming Eye Gel
  • Nutri-Collagen Daily Moisturizer SPF
  • Nutri-Moisture Balm Stick
  • Nutri-Pro Night Serum

Glassman, who wrote the book The Snack Factor Diet, serves as the president of Keri Glassman, A Nutritious Life, which is a nutrition counseling and consulting practice that focuses on weight loss/maintenance, pediatric nutrition, lifestyle/wellness, pre/post natal nutrition, cardiovascular health and sports performance. In 2006, the KeriBar nutrition snack bar company was introduced. KeriBars are sold nationwide and have been featured on QVC.

The Skin Appetit collection will be sold at Walgreens, Longs Drug Stores, Rite Aid, Drugstore.com and at Glassman’s practice.
