Bob Evans delivers convenience at breakfast time

Bob Evans Farms is looking to add even more options to breakfast by introducing two new breakfast items.

“We heard our consumers loud and clear, and we are giving them products that deliver on their needs,” Thyme Hill, chief marketing officer of Bob Evans Farms, said. “Our consumers want the comfort of a weekend breakfast in a convenient, fast and delicious weekday form.”

The omelet rolls, which feature egg with salt and pepper, egg and cheeses, and egg white spinach and herb varieties, contain 6 g to 8 g of protein per serving.

The egg bites, made with cage-free eggs, come in cheese, bacon and cheese, and sausage and cheese options, and. They contain 15 g to 17 g of protein per two-bite serving, the company said.

“In only one minute, breakfast lovers have the convenient, protein-packed wholesome breakfast they are craving during the weekdays,” Hill said. “We know that grocery shoppers are looking for fresh, flavorful, interesting items that won’t complicate their day. These products are the perfect way for retail grocers to attract motivated shoppers to the refrigerated aisle.”

Available in the refrigerated section of grocery stores, Bob Evans’ omelet rolls and egg bites can be found nationwide.
