Best Damn Brewing adds to line with cream soda, sweet tea varieties

NEW YORK — Best Damn Brewing announced Wednesday that it is expanding its line of hard sodas. The brand is introducing its hard cream soda, which is set to hit shelves nationwide on March 6, alongside a series of TV spots.

“Best Damn Cream Soda is our take on timeless recipe and is a sweet addition to any occasion whether you're out with the guys, drinking with friends at a barbecue or even cheering on your favorite team,” Best Damn senior director at Anheuser-Busch, Kathryn Sattler said. “Best Damn Cream Soda joins the national family of flavorful and approachable brews, and complements our fan-favorite BEST DAMN Root Beer with another take on nostalgic flavors.”

The brand is also planning the March 27 limited-release launch of its sweet tea variety, which will be available in select northwestern and midwestern markets. The hard tea is aged on real black tea leaves during the brewing process, Best Damn Brewing said. The tea will join the portfolio that now includes the cream soda, and also includes root beer and apple ale.
