Dannon adds two new products to Activia brand

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The Dannon Company, Inc. announced Monday that its Activia brand is releasing two new products — Activia Dairy Drinks and Activia Fiber. Like all Activia products, the Dairy Drinks and Fiber will contain the probiotic culture Bifidus Regularis, live microorganisms that offer health benefits when frequently consumed.

Activia Dairy Drinks are packaged in single-serve bottles, making it easy for busy consumers to carry it with them on the go. They will be available in four-packs and four flavors: peach, mixed berry, strawberry and vanilla.

Activia Fiber contains cereal pieces for texture and taste and provides 3 g of fiber in every 4-oz. serving. It comes in strawberry with cereal, vanilla with cereal and peach with cereal.

The new Activia products will hit most nationwide retail locations by mid-February.
