Friskies unveils new edible string cat treats

ST. LOUIS — Friskies has introduced a new snack-toy hybrid for cats called Pull ‘n Play, which features edible strings. The company is hosting an interactive cat adoption experience with professional football player Steve Weatherford and celebrity cat Waffles in New York on Friday.



The Pull ‘n Play strings can be attached to Wobbert, a toy that can also dispense Friskies Party Mix treats, and are available in three flavors: Chicken & Cheese, Salmon & Shrimp and Tuna & Crab.



“Pull ‘n Play not only delivers a whole new way for cats to treat and play, but it’s the only product on the market to offer edible strings for cats,” Justin Finlinson, brand manager at Nestlé Purina North America, said.
