MELVILLE, N.Y. — Hain Celestial's board of directors has expanded to 11 members with the election of Madison Square Garden Sports president Scott O'Neil.

He also manages the MSG Sports business of world-class live sporting events, including boxing, tennis and college basketball, and is responsible for MSG's cross-platform marketing partnerships and suite sales for the currently under way top-to-bottom transformation of Madison Square Garden, Hain Celestial said.

"We're excited to have Scott join our board of directors," Hain Celestial founder, chairman, president and CEO Irwin Simon said.
