Hälsa launches organic oat milk yogurt cups
Hälsa is expanding the availability of its dairy-free yogurt.
The brand unveiled that its organic oat milk yogurt is now available in 5.3-oz. cups in four flavors — plain, strawberry, blueberry and mango.
"We cracked the code by developing a next generation manufacturing process that is 100% clean, and keeps all the nutritional benefits intact," company president and co-founder Helena Lumme said.
Created by eliminating all food additives and chemicals from the manufacturing process and recipe, it’s a product that does not use enzymes or chemicals to alter the grain during the process, the company said.
In addition, Hälsa oat milk yogurt cups are free of artificial and processed ingredients and do not contain gums, emulsifiers, phosphates and processed sugar.
"Eating plant-based saves the planet's resources. The way we get more consumers to buy plant-based is to make better products: delicious, nutritious, and completely free of additives," company CEO Mika Manninen said.
Shoppers can find Hälsa organic oat milk yogurt cups at Wegmans and select New York metro areas, ShopRite and online for the suggested retail price of $2.29.
