HERSHEY, Pa. — Hershey on Tuesday announced its lineup of Easter season products that include its Reese’s and Cadbury brands. In addition to sping-inspired packaging, the company is rolling out some innovations in the candy aisle.
The company is launching Hershey’s Kisses Carrot Cake Candies, as well as Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Eggs, which wrap marshmallow in its milk chocolate. In addition to its marshmallow eggs, the company is introducing several new Reese’s egg products, including White Peanut Butter Eggs in its king-size variety, Peanut Butter Crème Eggs in individual and five-packs and Reese’s Gold Eggs.
Also in the company’s egg-inspired lineup are the Cadbury Mini Crème Egg Assortment and Cadbury Chocolate Crunch and Crème Mini Eggs. And with baskets among consumers’ favorite parts of Easter — 60% in a recent survey said creating or receiving baskets was their favorite tradition — Hershey is rolling out basket-stuffers including the Hershey-Ets Patel Cane, Jolly Rancher Jelly Beans Cane and Reese’s Peanut Butter Bunny. It is also launching the Kisses Deluxe Easter Bunny Box, featuring hazelnut-filled Kisses Deluxe candies in a bunny-shaped box.
The Easter products are available at retailers nationwide with the Cadbury Chocolate Crunch and Crème Egg and Reese’s Gold Eggs available at Target and the Reese’s Peanut Butter Crème Egg and White Peanut Butter Eggs available at Walmart.
