Jack Link's Beef Jerky acquires distribution facility

MINONG, Wis. — Jack Link's Beef Jerky has acquired an Underwood, Iowa-based distribution facility.

The beef jerky brand said that the acquisition, which is expected to close at the end of next month, will boost the company's shipping, receiving and product merchandising support, as well as its distribution center and warehouse capacities, further positioning the brand for future growth.

The facility is being acquired from party supplies merchant The Oriental Trading Co. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
