Lysol launches Healthier Habits Rewards Program at schools nationwide

PARSIPPANY, N.J. Lysol has launched an initiative to educate families on healthy hygiene routines.

As part of the Healthier Habits Reward Program, each month teachers will send parents a letter that provides them with helpful health and hygiene tips from expert pediatricians and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including hand washing, healthy eating and kitchen safety.

In addition, the Healthier Habits Reward Program allows teachers and parents to work together to earn such classroom rewards as educational books and DVD players, every time they purchase a Lysol brand product. All participating classrooms will be entered into the "Healthy Rewards" sweepstakes to win a $1,000 gift basket, $500 in sports equipment, $250 in educational books and $250 for the teacher to purchase other materials.
