New video takes product information to the next level

NEW YORK Knowing that today’s executive is juggling more and more responsibilities these days, Drug Store News is introducing a new video that will help do some of that juggling for them — the Drug Store News edition of New Product Juggling.

The first video features three new products presented by guest host Ken Clark and co-host Mike Rosa — MyClyns germ protection spray, BrainSavers fruit and nut bar and BeneVia fruit drinks. After a brief product introduction, Clark juggles the products.

“We’ve always known that readers … want new product information, and we’ve tried a lot of different things with videos,” said Clark, editor-in-chief of Drug Store News’ sister publication Home Channel News. “By making a quick juggling video, we provide information about the product and keep their interest to the end.”

New Product Juggling was first introduced on www.homechannelnews.com, where there are now four installments.

“It’s more than just fun; there’s a real educational element to it,” Clark said. “We have to be different; there is so much sameness out there [online], we wanted something to stand out.”
