Progresso kicks off annual Souper You contest

MINNEAPOLIS — Progresso announced the launch of its third annual Souper You contest that celebrates the brand's lineup of low-calorie soups.


Now through Feb. 22, 2012, consumers are invited to visit SouperYou.com to submit a photograph, along with a short essay, that explains why they love Progresso soups and deserve a makeover. Ten finalists will be announced on March 12, 2012, and the public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite finalist through March 25, 2012. Three grand prize winners will be selected and receive a trip for two to Los Angeles for a makeover experience, including two tickets to next season’s live finale of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.”


“With the Souper You Contest now in its third year, the team looks forward to hearing the successful stories of individuals who have included Progresso Soup in their diet as a way to help maintain a healthy lifestyle,” Progresso associate marketing manager Joanna Hargusn said. “We are excited to continue this tradition of celebrating the success of our fans in a big way while highlighting Progresso soups as a way to beat diet boredom with 40 varieties at 100 calories or less.”
