NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Ripe Craft Juice and Ripe Bar Juice are expanding the reach of their juices and cocktail mixes with the continuation of a roll-out to various grocery chains nationwide, the company announced Thursday.
The juices were created to meet consumer demand for products with real fresh juice with minimal processing.
“Consumers today are increasingly focused on the provenance of their produce, and the grocery stores where they shop are responding with the brands they stock,” FreshBev chief sales officer Keith Benoit said. “We're thrilled that so many of the country's leading grocery chains have joined the Ripe movement."
Starting in spring, the bar and craft juices will be available at King Kullen in Long Island, N.Y.; Kings Food Markets and Fairway in N.Y., N.J. and Conn; Key Foods in the tri-state area and Pa.; Roche Brothers in Mass.; Dierbergs in Mo.; and Schnucks in Mo., Ill., Ind., Wis. and Ia. The craft juice will be available at Big Y in Conn. and Mass.
The new stores add to the company’s roster of stores that includes such companies as Whole Foods in New England, N.Y., Colo. and the southwest; H-E-B; and northern Calif. Raley’s locations.
The bar and craft juices come in 12.2-oz. bottles and 46-oz. multi-serve pouches. Ripe Bar Juices also are available in 750-ml bottles.
