Santa Cruz Organic brings 'aguas frescas' to the beverage aisle

CHICO, Calif. -- Leading organic brand Santa Cruz Organic is launching a new line of beverages that appeals to foodies.

The company is introducing Santa Cruz Organic Agua Fresca beverages. Aguas Frescas are light, non-alcoholic beverages served by street vendors, in bodegas, and at eateries throughout Central and Latin America, as well as the Caribbean. The beverage has recently grown in popularity and can often be found in Mexican restaurants throughout the U.S.  

The new Santa Cruz Organic Agua Fresca beverages are available in three varieties: Pomegranate, Mango Passionfruit and Grapefruit. The beverages are Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and have a suggested retail price range of $3.20 - $3.49.

Santa Cruz Organic currently offers more than 60 organic items ranging from organic fruit juices and lemonades to organic fruit sauces, chocolate syrups, peanut butters and fruit spreads.
