Silk’s Oat Yeah steps into the coffee creamer game

Silk’s continuing to expand its reach in the oatmilk category.

The Broomfield, Colo.-based company who already has launched several items in its Oat Yeah collection, is introducing shoppers to its new Oatmilk Creamer.

Crafted using gluten-free oats, Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamer allows consumers to create their own barista-quality beverages at home using either of the line’s flavors — The Vanilla One and The Oatmeal Cookie One.

Inspired by oatmeal cookies, the Oatmeal Cookie One contains a sweet hint of cinnamon, and The Vanilla One features a sweet and creamy natural vanilla flavor, the company said.

“Oatmilk first gained popularity with coffee-lovers in lattes from their favorite coffeeshops. Now, with Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamers, that experience is just as easy to enjoy at home,” Martha Opela, the senior brand manager of better-for-you creamers for Silk, said. “They’re deliciously creamy, gluten- and nut-free for those with food sensitivities, and are entirely plant-based versus traditional dairy creamers.”

In addition, the brand’s new oatmilk creamers are dairy-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and free of nuts and gluten, the company said.

Those interested in trying the two new Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamers can head to such retailers as Target, Walmart and Sprouts, to find them for a suggested retail price of $4.29 per quart.
