Supermarket chain introduces nutritional measurement system

New York A supermarket chain in the Northeast has unveiled a new way for customers to determine the nutritional content of the foods they buy.

Golub Corp., which operates the Price Chopper chain, will introduce a nutritional measurement system called NuVal at its stores.A number of other supermarket chains have introduced similar systems, including Hannaford Bros., which operates stores in New England, and Bashas', a chain in Arizona.
