Cleveland Kitchen is putting a new twist on the beloved ranch dressing.
New from the brand is its Fermented Backyard Ranch dressing, which uses organic kefir as its base, and also contains fermented cabbage, garlic and black pepper puree.
“As a culinary brand passionate about making fermented foods accessible for all, we felt that creating a gut-healthy probiotic ranch was a great entry point for those that might be a little more hesitant to try out fermented products for the first time,” co-founder and CEO of Cleveland Kitchen, Drew Anderson said. “Our newest Backyard Ranch dressing and marinade is a nostalgic nod to our childhood memories in the Midwest while spending days dipping our favorite homegrown veggies into ranch — this time with a healthy twist that families will love.”
Also featuring date syrup as a natural sweetener, the brand’s newest launch only contains 90 calories per serving, the company said.
Retailing for $4.99 per 12-oz. bottle, Cleveland Kitchen’s Fermented Backyard Ranch is now available at Sprouts, as well as online at clevelandkitchen.com.
