Clif Bar Duos blend popular flavors together

Clif Bar is adding a sweet twist to its energy bars.

The brand is rolling out its new Duos bars, which are not only smaller than its traditional bar, but also feature a blend of two popular flavors in one.

Containing just 190 calories per serving, as well as a blend of plant-based proteins, fat and carbohydrates for nutrition and sustained energy, the line is currently available in three varieties, the company said.

Available flavors include:

• Chocolate Brownie + Crunchy Peanut Butter, featuring a blend of fresh-baked brownie and peanut butter, contains organic rolled oats and 7 g of plant-based protein;
• Cool Mint Chocolate + Chocolate Chip, containing chocolate, mint and chocolate chip cookie flavors, it also is made with organic rolled oats and has 6 g of plant-based protein; and
• Chocolate Brownie + White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavor, featuring a blend of fresh-baked brownie, as well as organic rolled oats and macadamia nuts, it contains 6 g of plant-based protein.

Consumers can find Clif Bar Duos online at shop.clifbar.com in a variety pack of 21 bars that retails for $24.30, as well as individual flavor packs of 7 bars for $8.10.
