Coty appoints new chief legal officer

Coty’s leadership division is undergoing a big change.  

The beauty company named Kristin Blazewicz chief legal officer, general counsel and secretary of the board of directors, as well as a member of its executive committee effective March 15.

Blazewicz will succeed Greer McMullen, who has departed the company, be based in Amsterdam and report to CEO Pierre Laubies.

“I want to extend my personal gratitude to Greer for his leadership in successfully overseeing Coty’s legal affairs worldwide, but also for his significant contribution to our company as general counsel and secretary of the board of directors of Coty over the past three years. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” Laubies said. 

In the role, Blazewicz will oversee Coty’s legal affairs worldwide. Previously, she spent seven years at Keurig Dr Pepper, serving most recently as vice president, assistant general counsel.

“Kristin’s deep expertise in legal affairs and track record of success will be a great addition to the Coty executive committee, and we are looking forward to having her on board soon,” Laubies said.
