CVS Health names Michelle LeBlanc VP of merchandising for beauty

LeBlanc spent nearly 20 years in the CVS Pharmacy retail organization, holding a wide range of roles.

CVS Health has named Michelle LeBlanc vice president of merchandising for beauty, personal care and Hispanic Center of Excellence.

Prior to this role, LeBlanc spent nearly 20 years in the CVS Pharmacy retail organization, holding a wide range of roles from category design, category management, store brand business development and, most recently, leading Front Store Strategy and Transformation. 

LeBlanc earned her Bachelor of Marketing from George Mason University and her MBA from Providence College.

"She will continue to expand our portfolio of exciting beauty brands,  sharpen our focus on our multicultural consumers, and extend our strong health equity into beauty, especially skin care.”
