    IRVING, Texas - Advanced Plan for Health, a provider of data analytics technology to help organizations improve health benefits programs, on Monday announced it is teaming with iHealth Labs, a provider of mobile healthcare monitoring solutions.   • Moberg Pharma to acquire 3 U.S. OTC brands from Prestige Brands

    STOCKHOLM -- Moberg Pharma has signed an agreement to acquire U.S. OTC brands New Skin, Fiber Choice and PediaCare from Prestige Brands, Inc.

    The purchase price is $40 million and the acquired brands will be sold through Moberg’s current OTC channel in the U.S, primarily in drugstores such as CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid and in mass retailers such as Walmart and Target.

Data from IRI showed that for the 12 months ended May 15, sales of First Response Rapid Result increased by 34.1% to $15.3 million, making it the fifth best-selling pregnancy test in the country and 1-of-3 First Response products among the category’s 10 top sellers.
