Dry rolls out zero-proof craft cocktails

For those interested in having a cocktail without the alcohol, Dry has the solution.

The brand, known best for its non-alcoholic and botanical beverages, announced the launch of a new line of zero-proof craft cocktails.

Botanical Bitters & Soda, which is available in three flavors — aromatic, bright/herbal and sweet/spicy — were inspired by the ritual of craft mixology, the company said.

Formulated by deconstructing the essence of conventional bitters and blending them with notes of botanicals, herbs and citrus, the beverages also are made without the use of sugar and non-GMO ingredients, the company said.

In the aromatic blend, consumers can expect to find a blend of orange peel with botanicals, as well as notes of cinnamon and clove.

When it comes to the bright/herbal option, the beverage features ginger, lavender, orange, cardamom, sage, lemon and grapefruit.

Lastly, the sweet/spicy blend contains a fusion of jalapeno and habanero peppers, as well a citrus and lemongrass.
