Edgewell Personal Care shakes up executive leadership structure

Edgewell Personal Care is evolving its executive leadership structure, as well as the team that reports to president and CEO Rob Little.

“Over the last several months, we have focused on improving our underlying performance by strengthening the value proposition of our core brands, investing in innovation and technology, and reshaping our management team,” Little said. “We are confident the leadership changes we are making will help further accelerate our push to build a next-generation CPG company and drive enhanced consumer-centric growth.”

As part of the changes, Anne-Sophia Gaget has been named chief growth and innovation officer from her position as vice president of global strategy and innovation. She will focus on innovation strategy and global brand building, as well as growth of the company's direct-to-consumer capabilities. 

Paul Hibbert, currently vice president of global operations and supply chain, now is Edgewell's chief supply chain officer role.

Moving into his previously announced role of president, North America, Eric O’Toole will be focusing on Edgewell's North American commercial strategy, as well as customer partnerships and expanding digital capabilities. 

Nick Powell has been named president, international, from his position as vice president of Europe and Latin America. The new role will expand Powell's purview to include the Asia Pacific region and a focus on international commercial strategy, partnerships and digital capabailities. 

Among the executives whose roles will remain unchanged within the leadership team is John Hill, who remains chief human resources officer. Additionally, Marisa Iasenza will continue to be the chief legal officer and Dan Sullivan will continue as CFO.

Edgewell said that as part of its evolution, COO Colin Hutchinson would be departing the company after a transition period and that his position will be eliminated effective November 15.
