    Giant hosting Fill a Plate food drive

    As part of its ongoing hunger initiatives, Giant is helping to combat local hunger ahead of the busy holiday season. 

    From Oct. 18 - 27, customers can participate in Fill a Plate, a non-perishable food drive to benefit local food banks and pantries by dropping off items at their local Giant, Martin’s or Giant Heirloom Market store.

    Suggested non-perishable donated items include canned fruits and vegetables, canned tuna and chicken, cereal, granola bars, macaroni and cheese and related items. 

    Donation bins can be found at the front of each store near customer service.

    K-beauty inspired I Dew Care rolls out to Walgreens shelves

    I Dew Care, a K-beauty-inspired skincare brand, is making a curated selection of products accessible to Walgreens shoppers. 

    The brand, which packages its products in a playful and eye-catching format, is rolling out its top-performing and best-selling products at nearly 1,600 of the retailer’s locations across the nation. 

    "We are thrilled to bring I Dew Care's fun and effective skincare solutions to Walgreens customers across the nation,” said Brian Murdock, general manager North America at Memebox. “This launch is a significant step in our mission to make K-beauty more accessible to everyone, offering a playful and efficacious skincare experience in Walgreens stores and online." 

    Products that the retailer will carry include the Let’s Get Sheet Faced Mask Set, Cake My Day Wash Off Mask, Matcha Mood Wash Off Mask, Propper Popper Double Ended Pimple Popper, Glow-Key Vitamin C Eye Cream, Bright Side Up Vitamin C Serum and Scoop Party Ice Cream Wash-Off Masks and Headband Set, among other items.

    Native’s holiday collection features new scent

    The holiday season is around the corner and Native is getting into the spirit by rolling out its collection inspired by "the most wonderful time of the year."

    The brand is featuring the return of classic scents, such as Sugar Cookie, Candy Cane and Fresh Mistletoe, as well as a new fragrance—Holiday Gumdrop. 

    Holiday Gumdrop features a blend of mandarin, peach and lemon notes, the brand shared. 

    Each scent is available in different formats that range from regular deodorant, mini deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion, facial cleanser, whole body spray and cream deodorant. 

    Native’s holiday line is available for purchase on its website, as well as at Target, Walmart and Amazon.

    Cheez-It adds smoked twist to classic crackers

    Cheez-It is taking snacking to the next level with two new cracker varieties—Smoked Cheddar and Smoked Gouda. 

    Hitting shelves in November, the two new flavors were inspired by the brand’s desire to bring bolder, richer and smokier flavors to its snacks. 

    The Smoked Cheddar crackers are infused with a hickory and oak wood smoke flavor and contain aged cheddar and onion notes. 

    On the other hand, the Smoked Gouda launch is blended with hickory and maple wood smoke flavors. 

    Both new launches will be available in November at retailers nationwide, including Publix, Kroger, Walmart and Albertsons, as well as other major grocery stores that carry Cheez-It products.

    Pop-Tarts Frosted Marshmallow Hot Cocoa

    Pop-Tarts is bringing warm and cozy flavors to its line of treats with the new Frosted Marshmallow Hot Cocoa variety. 

    The pastry features a cacao dough and marshmallow filling and was inspired by the classic winter-time drink, per the brand. 

    Retailing for $3.89, Pop-Tarts Frosted Marshmallow Hot Cocoa is available nationwide.

    Skittles blends crispy, crunchy textures together in Pop’d candies

    Skittles is putting a new twist on its classic candies with the introduction of Pop’d. 

    Featuring a blend of crispy and crunchy textures alongside its original flavors, the snack also will come in the brand’s popular sour varieties.  

    “At Mars, we’re constantly looking for innovative ways to deliver new experiences to our fans, based on flavor profiles and texture trends that we know consumers are seeking," said Ro Cheng, marketing vice president, Mars Wrigley North America. “Skittles Pop’d trades Skittles’ traditionally chewy lentils for a crispy, crunchy texture that we know our fans are really going to enjoy.”

    This new launch will be available in 5.5-oz. packs that will be available first on the TikTok shop then hit select retail shelves later this fall with nationwide distribution coming in early 2025.
