Icee kicks off summer with new frozen treats

Icee is looking to help consumers stay cool in the summer with three new frozen treats. 

Made without gluten or high fructose corn syrup, the frozen treats include red cherry Ice Cream Float Tubes, blue raspberry Ice Cream Float Tubes, and Mermaid and Baby Narwhal Tubes.

“We’re thrilled to expand our iconic Icee portfolio and continue serving up fun one sip at a time with the new cherry and blue raspberry Ice Cream Float Tubes and Mermaid and Baby Narwhal Tubes,” said Natalie Peterson, vice president of marketing at Pennsauken, N.J.-based Icee. “Icee gives everyone the best excuse to be a kid again, and these new flavors are no different. We hope fans enjoy these frozen treats all summer long!”

In addition, each 3-fl.-oz. tube contains 80 calories or less per serving, the company said.

Retailing for $3.29, Icee’s three new products have debuted in the frozen novelty section at retailers nationwide.
