Jimmy Dean breakfasts take on bite-sized form

2/19/2021

Jimmy Dean breakfasts are now easier than ever to take on the go.

The Springdale, Ark.-based company is growing its breakfast offerings by launching its Omelet Minis and Loaded Sausage Bites lines.

“Breakfast habits continue to change as families navigate new routines,” Chris Olson, senior brand manager of the Jimmy Dean brand, said. “At the start of 2020, people were cooking every meal at home, including breakfast. Over time, however, peoples’ energy for making multiple fresh meals throughout the day has waned, with 25% of people tired of cooking. The new Jimmy Dean Loaded Sausage Bites and Omelet Minis are the perfect option for those seeking a warm breakfast or snack with the flavors they love without the time-consuming prep and cleanup.”

Containing 16 g to 19 g of protein, the Jimmy Dean Loaded Sausage Bites line features egg and cheese available in meat lovers and turkey sausage varieties.

The Jimmy Dean Omelet Minis have 13 g to 14 g of protein per serving and come in sausage and cheddar and gouda and bacon flavors.

“For many, breakfast is their favorite meal of the day,” Olson said. "We want to continue to help people enjoy our products with our signature flavor, no matter the time or place.”

Jimmy Dean Loaded Sausage Bites and Omelet Minis can be found in the refrigerated aisle of grocery stores nationwide.
