Little Secrets brings cookie bars to Whole Foods shelves
Little Secrets, a brand known for its Fair Trade Certified versions of chocolate classics, announced that one of its new launches would be hitting a major retailer’s shelves.
The Boulder, Colo.-based company’s cookie bars, in milk and dark chocolate varieties, can now be found at Whole Foods.
In addition, the brand also launched its crispy wafer in almond butter in dark chocolate with sea salt, as well as mini crispy wafers in its popular flavors.
"With virtually no clean ingredient alternatives, I was determined to fix my favorite chocolates and give them a more sophisticated taste,'' Little Secrets founder Chris Mears, said. "I set out to make them from Fair Trade chocolate and real ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or high fructose corn syrup."
Each cookie bar contains a cookie center that’s baked to a crispy and buttery perfection, topped with real caramel and wrapped in Fair Trade milk or dark chocolate, the company said.
Consumers can find other Little Secrets offerings at such retailers as Sprouts, Lucky’s, Natural Grocers, Fresh market, Earth Fare, PCCs, Fresh Thyme and Central Market.
