L’Oreal launches Derm Detective web series

L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty announced the launch of Derm Detective: Demystifying Dermatology, a brand-new web series with Dr. Lindsay Ackerman. This limited series explores both the physical and emotional impact of skin conditions as Dr. Ackerman works with a diverse group of patients. From severe cases of common diseases to rare disorders such as necrolytic migratory erythema, bullous pemphigoid and Darier’s disease, the series offers a closer look at the treatment and personal journeys of those affected.

Dr. Lindsay Ackerman is the founder of Medical Dermatology Specialists and the Medical Dermatology Specialists’ Clinical Research Unit, and she practices in Phoenix, Ariz. In this new web series from L’oreal Dermatological Beauty, she shares her experiences with patients ranging from general dermatology needs and conditions that require subspecialty expertise.

The web series will be going live soon and people will be able to learn about the series from Dr. Ackerman and watch trailers on the public page. From there, experts can register and login to view the private pages.
