MadeGood’s granola bars get a chocolate drizzle

MadeGood is adding a sweet drizzle to its snack bars.

The Chicago-based company is rolling out its new Chocolate Drizzled Granola Bar line, which is available in three varieties — cookie crumble, birthday cake and vanilla.

Featuring a gluten-free formula, the bars are produced in a nut-free facility that ensures they are free from such allergens as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, soy, sesame and shellfish, the company said.

“Granola bars have always been one of our most popular products and customers are looking for new, cravable flavors and offerings that can satisfy a sweet tooth without guilt,” Nima Fotovat, president of MadeGood Foods said. “These new bars hit the sweet spot (pun intended!). The delicious chocolate drizzle makes the products feel extra indulgent while still delivering nutrients from six different fruits and vegetables.”

A box of five MadeGood Chocolate Drizzled Granola Bars currently retails for $4.99 at Target stores nationwide and online.
