Mother’s Sparkling Mythical Creature cookies feature unicorns, mermaids

Mother’s is expanding beyond its line of well-known Circus Animal cookies.

The Chicago-based company, which is part of the Ferrara family of brands, announced the launch of its new Sparkling Mythical Creature cookies.

Available in four shapes — unicorn, sea serpents, mermaid and dragons — the cookies feature the brand’s signature icing in lavender and white, as well as sparkling glitter sprinkles across each cookie.

“We’re so excited to introduce Sparkling Mythical Creature cookies, the first innovation from Mother’s in nearly a decade — and an extension to the popular Circus Animal cookies,” Rachna Patel, the senior director of cookies marketing at Ferrara said. “We hope the cookies spark joy and imagination as a fun treat parents can share with kids.”

Consumers can find Mother’s Sparkling Mythical Creature cookies in a 9-oz. bag that retails for $3.49 at Target and Albertsons. An 18-count multipack will be available at Walmart for $6.99.
