    Julie Kandalec named lead nail artist for Christian Cowan’s Paris Fashion Week show

    Celebrity nail artist Julie Kandalec will be the lead nail artist for Christian Cowan’s 2023 Paris Fashion Week show.

    In collaboration with Creative Nail Design, Kandalec will create nail art for the show that celebrates individuality and culture and also is trendsetting.

    Cowan is a British-born, New York-based designer whose celebrity clientele includes Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Cardi B and Lil Nas X among others.

    The show will take place on Sept. 28 at the American Cathedral in Paris.

    Ritual is launching a new product designed to help optimize melatonin release throughout the night to support a natural sleep-wake cycle.

    The Sleep BioSeries Melatonin contains 5 mg of instant and extended-release melatonin, designed with the body’s melatonin release in mind to aid users in falling asleep and staying asleep to wake up rested, the brand said.

    Consisting of a three-in-one tablet in capsule technology, the first tablet has 1 mg of instant-release melatonin, the second tablet has 3 mg of extended-release melatonin, and the third tablet adds a low 1 mg dose.

    Sourced from Italy, the melatonin is Made Traceable, tested for both purity and potency and contains a vanilla essence.

    BelliWelli broadens distribution to Target stores nationwide

    BelliWelli’s retail distribution is continuing to grow, this time with Target.

    The brand recently shared that its chocolate chip and crunchy peanut butter chocolate bars would be available for purchase at the retailer, as well as online.

    “Throughout my struggles with IBS, I noticed a scarcity of products that truly emphasized the benefits associated with maintaining a healthy gut,” said Katie Wilson, co-founder and CEO of BelliWelli. “The snack aisle was crowded with high protein, low-sugar and keto… but nothing that was designed specifically for those with digestive issues in mind — until BelliWelli. My goal is to offer a practical solution that is accessible and appeals to the masses, yet doesn’t make people sacrifice certain aspects of their lives.”

    Ardell Beauty’s Naked collection adds trios, extensions for lash enhancements

    Ardell Beauty’s Naked collection is launching two new styles of lashes to help consumers meet their lash enhancement needs.

    Giving users complete customizability of their lashes, the new Naked Trios can be applied over or under natural lashes and can last up to three days.

    On the other hand, the Naked Extensions cater to users who are on the hunt for feathery, soft lashes for use in-between getting fills or a fresh set and can last for up to two weeks, the brand noted.

    Currently available online at Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, Target and the brand’s website, Ardell Beauty’s Naked Trios and Naked Extensions retail for $12 each.

    Sabra adds garlic, harissa to Mediterranean-inspired dips

    Sabra’s portfolio of hummus and plant-based dips and spreads is expanding with the debut of two new offerings — roasted garlic and spicy harissa dips.
