    Skittles adds tiny twist to iconic candies

    Skittles has a new and smaller version of its classic candy hitting shelves.

    The new Skittles Littles, which come in five of its fruity flavors, are a tiny and more poppable form of its predecessor, the brand noted.

    “Expanding our portfolio with Skittles Littles allows us to create even more pleasantly perplexing experiences and inspire moments of everyday happiness for fans,” said Ro Cheng, marketing director at Mars. “We can’t wait for our fans to experience this tiny treat and Taste the Rainbow in a whole new way.”

    Skittles Littles have begun to hit shelves at select retailers with nationwide availability expected in 2024.

    Voltaren’s newest supplements support joint, bone health

    Voltaren is rolling out not one, but two new products formulated with essential nutrients to support joint health and promote mobility and flexibility.

    New from the brand is the Joint Comfort & Movement Daily Supplement, which works to support joint mobility and flexibility with a blend of Boswellia and turmeric for healthy aging and movement.

    The second new launch is the Joint Health & Bone Strength Dietary Supplement, which works to proactively keep joints and bones healthy via UC-II collagen, calcium and vitamin D to also protect joint tissue and cartilage.

    Both new launches are now available for purchase at Walmart and Amazon.

    MorningStar Farms offers steakhouse style plant-based burgers

    MorningStar Farms launched a steakhouse-style burger that contains a beefy flavor and texture—minus the meat.

    The new Steakhouse Burger from the brand is a plant-based option that contains 21 g of protein per serving, is made with 100% plant protein, is PBFA certified and fully vegan, the company said.

    “We know shoppers have been seeking a premium plant-based burger option – something that's already seasoned and truly tastes like meat, but with prep simple enough to fit their busy lifestyles,” said Joe Beauprez, senior director of marketing, frozen ffoods. “The Steakhouse Style Burger is easy to prep, easy to cook, and deliciously easy to enjoy. We're excited it's hitting shelves just in time for the fall season. Whether it’s busy weeknights, tailgates, or a peaceful night at home, these burgers are perfect for it all and provide that elevated taste we all love.”

    The MorningStar Farms Steakhouse Style Burger is rolling out in stores this month and can be found at Walmart, Publix and Target for a suggested retail price of $9.19 that includes four quarter-pound vegan burgers per pack.

    Ritual works to optimize sleep via BioSeries Melatonin

    Ritual is launching a new product designed to help optimize melatonin release throughout the night to support a natural sleep-wake cycle.

    The Sleep BioSeries Melatonin contains 5 mg of instant and extended-release melatonin, designed with the body’s melatonin release in mind to aid users in falling asleep and staying asleep to wake up rested, the brand said.

    Consisting of a three-in-one tablet in capsule technology, the first tablet has 1 mg of instant-release melatonin, the second tablet has 3 mg of extended-release melatonin, and the third tablet adds a low 1 mg dose.

    Sourced from Italy, the melatonin is Made Traceable, tested for both purity and potency and contains a vanilla essence.

    Urban Hydration’s Breath of Fresh Hair Kids

    Urban Hydration’s Breath of Fresh Hair Kids aims to change how parents care for their children’s tresses and is debuting in Walmart stores nationwide. 

    Products part of the line include a Co-Wash and Conditioner, Detangler and Leave-In Conditioner and Styling Lotion, which feature a formula that is free of parabens and uses such plant-based ingredients as vanilla extract, avocado oil and honey, the brand said. 

    “It's been a journey working with Walmart. I’ll never forget one of my first meetings, 10+ years ago, driving to Bentonville with my newborn baby in the backseat. That baby is nearly 13 years old and now has 2 more siblings. When it comes to making care that is tangle-free and lavender fresh we’ve got it figured out and couldn’t be more excited to represent small Black Owned Businesses that are growing at Walmart,” said Psyche Terry, CEO of Urban Hydration and Breath of Fresh Hair. 

    In addition, Urban Hydration also shared that its Honey collection products also will be making waves on Walmart shelves.
