Kids Line introduces humidifiers touting Disney characters

LAS VEGAS — Kids Line last year made its first foray from children's bedding into the healthcare space with a line of functional humidifiers that better fit the decor of a child's room. Last week, the Los Angeles-based company improved upon that offering through its licensing relationship with Disney and debuted a complete line of humidifiers featuring Disney characters at the ECRM Cough & Cold and Allergy EPPS.

The Disney humidifiers will be premium priced at $49.99 and will feature both evergreen Disney licenses, such as Winnie the Pooh, as well as more recent licenses, including characters from "Toy Story" and "Cars."

According to Kids Line executives, the Disney license helps remove potential seasonality out of a humidifier purchase with an impulse purchase appeal.
