PetSafe launches sliding glass pet door

PetSafe is expanding its pet product solution offerings.

The company announced a new addition to its pet doors — Extreme Weather Sliding Glass Pet Door.

Made with double-paned glass, weather stripping and three insulating flaps to keep the weather out, this new pet door offers pet parents an energy-efficient option for their furry family members, the Knoxville, Tenn.-based company said.

Available in medium and large sizes, the height of the pet door can be automatically adjusted to ensure a proper fit.

Packaged in two sections, which includes a top and bottom panel, the door can be attached and inserted into the door track and secured with adhesive strips or screws, the company said.

In addition, the Extreme Weather Sliding Glass Pet Door comes with a security bar that can be mounted between the door frame and the interior sliding portion of the door in order to be locked.
