Claimsnet.com, Aetna ink agreement for online remittance service

DALLAS Claimsnet.com has signed an agreement with Aetna. Claimsnet.com is a provider of electronic transaction services for the health care industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Claimsnet.com will deliver claims and receive Electronic Remittance Advice, which is an electronic version of a payment explanation which provides details about providers’ claims payment, and if the claims are denied, it would then contain the required explanations, to and from Aetna on behalf of its healthcare providers.
