Lifeclinic: Advertising on blood pressure monitors reaches 1 million

6/18/2009

BURTONSVILLE, Md. Advertising carried on blood pressure monitors at 20,000 stores reached more than 1 million users a day, according to data released this week by Lifeclinic International.

Lifeclinic said that because 52 customers per store use its Health Stations every day, advertising that the stations carry for health-related products sold at the stores reached more than 1 million users.

“This new way of looking at the Lifeclinic Health Station Ad Network audience is a dramatic departure from the ‘impressions’ estimates based upon store traffic of many media vehicles, and gets to actual, measured users,” Lifeclinic EVP retail operations Jeffrey Bekos stated. “From our analysis of different media vehicles in the health advertising category, 1 million measured users a day is second only to WebMD.com, making the Lifeclinic Health State Ad Network a must-have for clients trying to attract consumers that are actively involved with managing their health.”
