CAMP HILL, Pa. Rite Aid patients now can refill their prescriptions 24/7 at the Rite Aid online store for pickup at any of the more than 4,800 Rite Aid pharmacies nationwide.

In addition to the feature, customers also can access their pharmacy profile online with a free MyPharmacy account, which enables patients to manage their prescription history. They also can sign up online for Rite Aid’s free Automated Courtesy Refill program which automatically refills an eligible prescription before it runs out. Rite Aid pharmacies call patients when prescriptions are ready for pick-up and also contact the patient’s physician for prescription renewals. Through MyPharmacy, patients can manage their online refill reminders. Many patients also like the convenience of ordering multiple prescription refills quickly online.

Rite Aid’s online store, which also can be accessed through www.riteaid.com, offers more than 45,000 items including Rite Aid brand products and many others typically seen in Rite Aid stores. Such items as larger durable medical equipment items (i.e. wheelchairs), which are not always carried in stores, are also are available online.

The Rite Aid Online Store also offers free shipping on customers’ first order of $25 or more of non-pharmacy items, as well as instant savings coupons and special offers. Through August 31, online customers can save up to 50% on everything from mascara to multivitamins.

Patients’ orders also are marked “FSA” on more than 4,000 healthcare items which are eligible for reimbursement as part of a flexible spending account benefit plan. This makes it easy for patients to track these items, as many plan administrators advise participants to save all applicable receipts.
